The boulevard is bound by gateways that demarcate the eastern and western entrances to the town. At the western gateway (top), a new town green with fruit orchards and a farmers market incorporates the existing city hall, fire station and senior community center. At the eastern gateway (center and bottom), where the highway intersects a stream, a new riparian greenway features urban agricultural components ― fruticetums, viticetums, espaliers, apiaries and foraging landscapes.
